There is an option for participation of other age groups with the preliminary concordance of the Organising Committee. We are ready to do our best and provide as many teams as possible with the opportunity to become a part of the tournament.

The winners will be awarded cups, statuettes, medal, plaquettes, certificates, etc.
As well as there will be individual nominations in several categories.
Each team will be awarded an honorary cup for its participation, certificate and some other souvenires and gifts.

The matches will take place in sports halls in Blagoevgrad town.

The participation fee as follow as (for one person):
EUR 70 - standart accommodation(rooms with 2-4 beds, each room has WC, bath-room)
EUR 120 - higher class accommodation(rooms with TV, fridge, etc.)
It includes:

1. Accommodation – full board (bed + breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the period from the dinner on April 30 to the lunch on May 03, 2009 incl. Тhe participants are accommodated on very good conditions - rooms with 2-4 beds, each room has WC, bathroom, hot water.
2. Tournament and resort fees
3. Medical care services first-aid during matches as well as 24-hour emergency care (any serious cases are paid additionally, medical care insurance is necessary)
4. Parking lot with a 24 h guard
6. Non-stop communication with Organizing Committee and giving one's support if needed

The participants will be accommodated in complexes offering any necessary convenience for their normal and pleasant stay!

The organising committee will provide supplementary facilities for the coaches and the group leaders and one person will participate free of charge for each 15 participants (16), or two persons will participate free of charge for each 30 participants. We are ready to offer accommodation for additional adults in the groups after a payment of EUR 3 per day for the stay period.

The deadline for the submission of applications for the participation in Vesselin Temkov - Blagoevgrad Cup is April 15, 2009. A deposit of 10 % of the total sum must be paid till April 15, 2009 the latest. The remaining sum will be paid at arrival or through bank deposit before arrival (at your desire).

The names of all the participants, written in the Latin alphabet, the date of birth, and the numbers, issue and expiry dates of their passports, must be sent to the Organising Committee on April 15, 2009, the latest.

We are able to offer extension of stay before starting or after the end of the tournament with preliminary notification of the Organising Committee. In this case the price offered is EUR 25 per person per day. This price covers all the required fees (full board accommodation, resort fee, play-ground fee, etc.).

We are able to provide a transport: Sofia - Blagoevgrad - Sofia - 18 euro  (per person)
